Are there any showrooms?

As a pure online shop we unfortunately have no showrooms.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Europe.

Why is the VAT 23%?

Because we are a company headquartered in Ireland, we are obliged according to EU tax law to pass on the tax legislation applying in the United Kingdom to you.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight (kg) of your order. During the ordering process the actual shipping costs will be displayed. Preliminary to that, you may determine the estimated shipping cost in your shopping cart without any obligation.

How long does it take until the merchandise is delivered?

Goods in stock will usually be delivered within 5-7 business days after receipt of the payment. Please check the availability of certain products. When buying on account goods in stock are dispatched on the same or the following day.

Can I return the merchandise if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy upon reception of goods. Please note that you can only make use of it if the goods are unused, in a resalable condition and in original packaging. Please note: For goods that are not in original packaging and in perfect and resalable condition, the purchase price will not be refunded and the delivery costs will be at your expense.

Can I pick up the furniture myself?

Pickup of your order at our warehouse is currently not possible.

Do the goods have a warranty?

Yes, all our products have a manufacturer warranty of 10 years.

How can I order?

You can directly order in the online shop, via phone or e-mail.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

Usually the forwarder will make up to 3 attempts to deliver the goods to you before it is sent back to us. If the delivery is unsuccessful, you will find a notification in your mailbox. You will then also have the possibility to contact the forwarder and arrange an individual delivery date. In any case, the forwarder will announce the delivery two days prior by phone or SMS.

Will the forwarder deliver to my apartment?

Officially, the goods will only be delivered to behind the first door. The past shows that, however, our forwarders will also likely carry the goods to the destination on demand.

Can I get fabric samples?

Of course, simply send us a message to info@modecor.com with your address and your desired fabric patterns or order them directly in the shop.

Why I didn't receive an invoice with the delivery?

The invoice is sent by e-mail only. This also applies to order and shipping confirmations.

When do I have to pay?

If you pay on invoice, the open amount has to be paid within 7 days after delivery.

Why did I receive a payment reminder before delivery?

We expect delivery to take place within 1 to 2 weeks. We have set up an automatic system that sends payment reminders after 3 weeks.
